Formwork for foundations and other elements

Greetings,

I0m am currently working on a university assignment and I'm to calculate the formwork for the foundations and foundation beams SOFiSTiK BiMTOOLS 2016 (64-Bit) and calculated it, but it finds the whole surface of the element, still counting the surfaces in contact of the adjacent elements (highlighted in green), which I don't want to find. Is there any other  tool or a way to do so?

Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem with Bimtools 2014. Try to join connected elements but i dont think that this is going to fix the problem.

I have not understand Sofistik approach to this issue.

Thanks for your reply.

I just did that a couple of days ago, but it still counted the whole surface, as if it didn't have any contact with other elements. SO I just made generic models on the surfaces as if they were actual formwork. I could beacuse it is a small project, but I still wonder if you can do that with an app or program it in some way.
