I believe this problem is from years ago. I wonder if this is an old model that was upgraded, or used an old template that was created years ago.
I think this issue only occurs with custom fonts (Non Arial).
If other schedules in the model are behaving better, could you create a 'view template' out of a healthy one then apply it here?
If not, how about deleting this schedule, sync, compact, close, open with audit, then start over?
Maybe change the fonts back to Arial, delete and recreate the schedule, then change the font back to the custom font.
