Filter Element on Named Ref Plane

I have some beams on a named reference plane but cannot seem to be able to filter them.  Is there a way of doing this?

You cannot use the Reference Level in a Filter therefore you would been to use something more specific such as a Specific Offset from Level Value possibly with a Level Reference (not sure though on this one)

Or alternatively or a Does Not Equal a Level value

A good one for a Revit Idea for Structural Discipline

No as I have too many offset levels that I would have to set filters up for. A simple named ref plane filter would do it in one.
