Exr. File

I'm not able to import exr. File,when I go to add in then I can't find external tool,if I'm trying to reinstall then it shows error 1309.  Please tell me the way to ope exr. File .

Revit only knows .bmp, .jpg, .png  and .tif. For other image formats you would need to convert them with other software (e.g. gimp, photoshop) to one of these formats

You need install software of CSIXRevit  to export the product of CSI. Find. Slow the link to download it.

if EXR is what i think it is... from a quick google search it needs to be converted to an image. supposedly AConvert.com can convert EXR files to JPG, BMP, TIFF, etc....
