Error to Link to Robot

Hi, I am trying to link the Revit model to Robot. It has the unknown error. I tried different methods and also tried to reinstall but it does not work. For example, i tried to copy DLL file: 

c:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Prof

But it does not work. 

I have 2016 and 2017 version here. Both not work

I used my friend's laptop. with the same installation files and it works. I think it must be my windows system.

I tried to copy the files but it does not help 😞

I just reinstalled my computer. It works for 1 hours and then same issue 😞

delete all files in windows %temp% folder

Start Robot 2017

Start Revit 2017 and load the model

export model

if not successful make screen shot with error and post it here
