Hi there,
Thanks for reading. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this issue however it is still present. I will attach photos of both the layout and the problem itself.
Basically, I am creating a simple room with a very basic lighting setup to verify Elum Tools will work as a tool for a project I am on. Every time I go to add calculation points I get the error pictured below.
I have tried multiple room layouts, creating a new project every time.
Different lighting orientations and elements placed both on the level 2 ceiling plane and the level 1 floor plan walls.
For the alternate lighting elements I have used both inbuilt revit lights as well as the family Elum Tools came with, trying multiple different photometric files with each- both default and from instabase libraries.
I'm not sure how to proceed and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
