Is any option available in Revit for added elevation to keep column ahead of concrete slab?

There are a couple of scenarios here;

This would depend on the View directly if you create a Section through the center/middle of the Column and it goes through the Slab it will show as such but if it is create Infront it will hide it behind the slab but you could show hidden lines to represent the column through the slab.

Also you need to ensure the Column goes through the slab so you can edit the join Order or Unjoin elements if needed from the Modify Tab > Join Tool

Unable to use Join tool due to different Materials (Steel & Concrete). When I add a Section at same place, Revit provides a view that meets my requirements. But, I want to use Elevation rather than Section.

In Coarse View the Line is Symbolic so does not react like the Medium or Fine details which show Hidden Lines

You could either make the Floors Transparent or set the Visual Style Wireframe?

In most instances for Structural Frames you are more likely to be using a Framing Elevation which is associated to a Grid along the centre line of the Framing

As you can see this acts along the Grid so show the column continuous through the Floor

@jay_colcombe Thank you for your suggestion. I appreciate it! I achieved the desired view by applying the Wireframe visual style.
