Disallow join between Structural columns and Structural Foundation

Hi,

 I want to Disallow join between Structural columns and Structural Foundation (Isolated Footing/Pile). Whenever I change the column base offset the foundation should not move with column base. How do I fix it in whole model.

Select all your foundations and change their level to a lower one in the Properties panel. This will automatically unjoin them.
