Dimension line losing reference when object moves - on specific PC

Simple model with Floor, single Rebar and his Bending Detail and a Dimension line to the Bending Detail.

We are trying to move the Rebar Bending Detail with MOVE command (not by dragging - it works ).

On my PC it works as expected (see pc2_ok).

On my friend's PC he gets a warning, sometimes the reference to to the Bending Detail is deleted,  and sometimes the Bending Detail is deleted too as you can see in the video.

From the warning, It's look like Revit think Move is COPY.

We both used Revit 2024.2.0

We update my friend's Revit to 2024.2.1 - bug still exists.

You have Constrain and Disjoin ticked in the Option Bar on the problematic video and not on the other this makes a difference as Disjoin remove the association between the Dimension and element
