Different lengths for a straight bar partition

I have the following situation,
I copied a straight bar partition from one wall to another with the assigned constraints (the walls are the same, I chose copy and not propagate because I don't want to put the bending detail again, Revit 2024.1.1) and I have the following error:
 -the bars are 820cm long but the parameter read in the label and in the schedules is 825 and I don't understand why.

Rounding Tolerances

You're right, I did add some rounding to the 50mm multiple but,

I need this when I have a length let say 343cm and I want it to be 345cm.

When I have a value that is already the 50mm multiplier, I don't want another rounding.

It’s all personal preference.

You either draw it the exact length with the no rounding value

Or

You incorporate the Revit build-in Rounding and sketch it shorted to take into consideration the roundin.

It may be that the bar is 820.00001 mm or something like that.

I found out that the error starts with the 8th decimal place, and from here the program starts rounding.

I also found bars that are not rounded starting with 11 decimal places

Is there any setting in which the program calculates its rounding starting with my imput decimal place?

From memory I am sure there is a specific Project setting for Rebar Length units and rounding preferences.

Manage Tab > Settings Panel > Project Units > Structural

Hi @ionut_sprincenatuVVRQX 

Rebar rounding is applied to the parameter values, not to the physical dimension of the rebar. If it was applied to the actual bar geometry, you can imagine that changing the rounding options in the project would cause all bars to regenerate and there would be a high likelihood for errors.

There isn't a setting that influences this. Revit uses a precision of 9 decimal places for geometry calculations.

I recommend you review how the concrete elements were modeled and also try to manually input a dimension for the rebar segment.

The model was imported from Etabs and I think from here is coming all the problems. Tnx
