Diagonal reveal

I am trying to build a bevel reveal in 2016, but whether I draw it square or a diamond shapes, it cuts in as a square. According to Tutorial in Linda if you draw it diagonally in the family it should cut in as a diagonal bevel in the wall, but it doesn't. Please advise. Thank you!

Reveals are based on profiles. So you have to create a reveal profile. You can do this by using the Prfile-Reveal template. In there you create the profile you wat to cut out of your wall. You load this profile family in your project and assign it to the Reveal System Family.

Created a triangular Profile familey (right). Loaded in the project and assigned it to the Reveal sytem family (left below).

Placed the reveal on a wall, resulting in a triangular reveal of the wall (left top).
