Detail lines of elements are not shown in the plotted plan

Hello, hope you are all well. I'm currently working on structural plans, and there's problem with plotting the floor plans. The center lines of the pile family are invisible on the plotted plan(image 2), but they're shown in the Revit view(image 1).

There's mat foundation on the piles and the view is in the 'hidden line visual style.'

Could anyone help me to let the centerlines printed on the paper floor plan??

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I have come across a few issue with Piles and Model/Detail lines for representation.

In no particular order;

If the lines are Model Lines change them to Detail Lines!

Check that the lines are not in a Layer set not to Plot such as reference lines.

Does printing using Raster Processing work?

Once detail lines would just not plot although showing in the View/sheet but placing a Detail Item in the Family did, so create a Quick 2D Annotation Detail and place it in your Pile family and check if this can be plotted.

On one occasion the material selection had an influence on whether the details lines were shown or not which was a strange one to work out as i have not been able to repeat it since.

If the problem persists please feel free to share the Pile Family and i will test it here for you.

Hello,

thank you for your reply. I have tried to fix those lines with your suggestions, but they didn't work.

I have found out that I can see those center lines when I set the plot settings to raster mode.
