It is/should not be possible. You have your model. The views (plan, elevation, 3D) are only different ways of looking at your model. So if you remove a (3D) object from the model it has to disappear from all views.
Some possibilities:
-You did not delete the object.
-You looked at different areas in both views
-The object deleted was a 2D object (view dependent).
-You had two or more objects in the same location.
-Due to some reason, one of the views was not updated.
-Different visibility graphics overrides (e.g architectural column and structural column)
-Issues with your project.
You will have to do a little bit of troubleshooting to find out the cause
-Will object disappear when creating a new 3D view?
-What happens when you reload the project or restart Revit?
-Does something similar happen in other projects?
-Have a look at/compare your graphics overrides?
