customizing negative elevation label

When I pull a negative elevation marker, it would say, for example, "-2.0 in". The architects physically write the negative sign - as (-). And to try to accommodate to that, I was wondering if there is any way to change the elevation marker label to say "(-)2.0" instead.

In Revit anything below 0 automatically has a "-" for the Elevation value

What you could do is edit the Label Format Settings - You can find what Family is being used by selecting the Level and reviewing the Edit Type Properties

You can can the click on the "#" to format the Label from the Project Settings

I understand, but I was wondering if you could manually change that only once so that any instance would say "(-)" instead.

I have seen -2.0 or (-2.0), but never (-)2.0.  What convention does the architect use?
