Custom section head

Hello Everyone,

We have a client that we have to use their standards. We are doing this project in Revit, usually we do it in autocad. I can not figure out or find anything anywhere that has a section head like what we are suppose to use. I tried making one but can not get it correct. Any help is greatly appreciated! Here is what i want it to look like.

You can manually draw a new section head as family. File > new > annotation > level head.

After loading it into your project, you can tab into a level and change the level head to your drawn family.

What part of it makes it difficult?
