Curved Ramp

Hello everyone,

I will be very glad to get some help in my issue.

I'm drawing a Curved ramp running from the basement floor to ground floor( Height = 3,4 m ). First I began with draw Ramp but I found that the ramp can't be with arc lines just with straight one and no multi-segment can be assign.

So, I tried with a structural floor with this two options:

1.Edit boundary --> Slope Arrow.

2.Modify Sub element.( Where the Ramp disappear ) 

The question I have is related to the attached image ( Errors ).

Kindly if anyone can record a simple Video with this case of Ramp.
