How to create the master grid for the project in REVIT by importing the autocad file as an underlay. The grid in the autocad drawing is placed at an angle with respect to the UCS ICON.

How can All subsequent structures like pilecaps, beams, columns be placed at an angle, aligned to the grids

Elements can be aligned with Grids at angles by pressing Spacebar to rotate them to align on the Grid or tracing along them for beams!

A better solution would be to Insert the CAD file into a Floor Plan move into the correct position and then utilise Manage Tab > Position > Rotate Project North and pick an angles line of the building boundary or Grid Line you want to set as horizontal in the plan

You can then Switch between True and Project North
