I need to create a [face based - circular in plan - void creating family] where the face is at an angle...[face & void orientation are not mutually perpendicular] however the void will run parallel to the screen axes.....therefore the depth of void will vary along the slope.....

It can be treated as a special case of the face based void creating family where the face & void orientation are mutually perpendicular.

Please suggest

Could you not simply Create a Model In-Place Void Sweep Blend with different profiles at each end to create the varying void depth?

I want to park aside Model-In-Place as the last resort....

I am researching on dedicated parametric family as my first priority.......

I think you possibly need to be a little more detailed on what you are trying to achieve as an end result as its not very clear?
