Cranked Rebar Flexing

Hi, I am trying to create a rebar shape with a crank width of 1xDiameter and Crank length of 13xDiameter as shown in the attached image. I failed trying to create a parameter and then provide formula inorder to gain the result. Any suggestions?

Hi @S.Faris

Currently such a shape can be defined manually.

Although the bar diameter can be used inside the shape family (type properties), the rebar constraints (A, B, C) cannot be defined as formulas and assigned to dimensions.

Here's an example of this:

I started by sketching the overall shape, then edited the shape family and added the dimensions for the crank to which I assigned the G and J dimensions. I then reloaded into the project and tweaked the values to get the 1 diameter on the vertical and 13 diameters on the longitudinal direction.
