complete floor assembly

Why does Revit still not allow for a proper floor assembly with joist & rim board - the beam system never meets the rim board nor is there a place to add it.

Thirteen years using this product and it still has not been added as a function.

Please advise how to make complete floor assemblies.

I think maybe I am not understanding completely...it is true that there is no rim joist included in the beam system.

You can add beams (rim joist), create your beam system, then once it is done select the joists and change the start and end cutback to 0.
