Column Location Mark or Grid Intersection Mark with more than one grid system

In the example I will discuss I have two grid systems one is at 45 degrees to the other.

I am laying out caissons on this project.  the Column Location Mark for the Column (Caisson) sometimes uses the orthogonal grid aligned with the view and sometimes uses the grid system at an angle.

I would like the software to use exact or proximal locations to the nearest intersecting grid coordinate.

In the image attached the are two caissons of type C1.

One uses C.L.M. = 1.6(14'-3")-5(-10'-0") instead of A-1

the other uses A-1.6 which is perfect.

I would prefer the use of coordinates without offsets if possible.  Is this currently possible or do we need an enhancement.

Reference the image that follows in the aforementioned dialog.

This is more likely related to the Grid Extents

Revit-Column location Mark parameter indicates an offset although column is at grid intersection (au...

Basicly you can't change these type of datas, make sure while creating your columns you are selectiong the right intersecrtions of the grids. having two different marks, i don't think it is possible!

Hamid thankyou for the feedback.  I added a few more caissons to further elaborate what I am after.

Why doesn't the caisson at B-1 reference that as a CLM instead of distant offsets to 1.6 & 5.  Coding wise a simple proximity test would correct this oddity.  I do this its possible.

Thank you for the response.  I think the extents are a major contributor to the problem but not a total solution.  I'll keep investigating and update my post accordingly.
