Change the project base point elevation

Hello,
I see many questions similar to this, but can't find exact the same thing.
I am moving the building elevation  +40cm, so I moved the  project base point elevation 40cm down to achieve it.
All the drawings were updated accordingly, and it's all working out, except that when we upload to the Dalux (something like BIM360 in germany), our model still shows as original elevation. This Dalux shows all the models together to see any clashes.
If you see the screenshots, you will see before I moved the base point and after. I see the coordination arrow (x,y,z) is still in the same spot. I am wondering if this is the reason?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thank you!

Change the elevation by specifying the coordinates at a point. To ensure it remains fixed, pin the project base point. Place the survey point together with it.

The Internal Origin will never change.

As @vitorbortoncello states you are moving the Project Base Point in relationship to the Survey Point therefore when Exporting also be aware of using the correct Geographical Reference as this may not have changed.
