Cannot synchronize local file with Central

This error would happen atleast once a week, why????!! The detailers who are working in the same project have 5 years of experience with Revit, and this is the first time they have incountered this message and can not figure out the reason for this occurance. please help.

While working with central files, you actually need to  create local file everyday. If you are not doing so then kindly do so to avoid this type of errors:)
