Calculating Contact Surface Area for Formwork Scheduling

Hello all,

I have modeled a parkade structure using structural slab foundation, structural column and wall families. The scheduling of concrete quantities is easy enough, but determining the total contact surface areas - vertical and horizontal - seems much more difficult to ascertain in a straight-forward fashion. 

I've attached a few images of the parkade. Ideally, there should be a simple tool available that would be able to calculate these areas for me, distinguishing between the two planes. Perhaps there is something that may allow me to pick and track selected surfaces? 

Has anyone one out there dealt with this situation before? I'd really appreciate your help!
