Building Levels vs Topo Surface Levels

Hello Everyone,

So I've looked into the answers given on this topic on previous posts but I just can't seem to get it right. I'm asking for help and guide on where I'm getting it wrong. Here goes:-

  • I need to place the building levelsright within the toposfuce. I linked a CAD file (attached herein) and created a toposolid out of it.
  • I acquired the coordinates from the linked file, with the z value in the projecte basepoint being zero, I relocated the project (manage>position>relocated project) to a level within the topo.
  • The edit type properties for the levels are survey base point which read ok, but the toposolid is still at an offset (see screenshot). I dont want to move the toposolid as this may cause inacurracies.

My question would how to keep the levels within the toposolid so that I can start workin on my project? Thanks and looking forward to your contribution.

Should the CAD drawing be set like this?

With Elements so far apart this is creating/influencing the Depth
