Best practice for leveling all foundations?

Hey, I am looking for any best practices to level all the foundations from there bottom layer without doing any offsets is it possible? If not then what's the best way to level them and kinda do not hurt the analytical model as offsets are not readable on robot or CSI ETABS for example..

I want to level them all from the bottom layer, do you mean to modify an auxiliary level and modify them? This would be overwhelming as I would make many auxiliary levels for each change in thickness in the foundation.

Try aligning to reference planes that have been constrained to the major level.
