Beam System Boundary Not Working

Revit 2018

Can't control length of beams anymore with beam system boundary. Worked when I first created the system. Tried resetting the system and it still does not work. Any thoughts?

I don't think that is it because I tried to create a new beam system and it still automatically cut the beams short as shown above.

Maybe they try to join to something. Draw a beam system out of no where and see if the same issue occurs.

If I draw it somewhere else it works fine, but alas, when I draw it in the region show above, it automatically cuts short by 3-1/8". I'm stumped. Being trying to figure this out for a while.
