Beam schedule

Is it possible to creat a sbeam schedule as shown in the attached jpg file? it's a screen shot from autocad.

Yes it would be possibile. Just a matter of adding the correct fields in a schedule. The Bottom Bars and Top Bars fields could be everything from "dumb" text to actual elements from the model I think. I am now just getting into modeling rebar in a project.

 

The image can also be done with actual images from your computer.

 

You might have to add some Shared Parameters to get everything to look the way it did in Autocad, but can't see any reasons why you coul not replicate this in Revit.

Thank you! would you know if there are any literature here that can help me learn how to do this kind of schedule especially on how to show the rebar graphcics?

You should be able to do the schedule itself fairly easy in Revit. The graphic portion that would take some time and I have not done that yet. My guess is that you would need to create some JPG files of the different type of bars and then simply add to the schedule.
