Beam Schedule - Link File

Good morning all,

I have a huge project with 3 Towers. I split our structural file in 4 different files (Parking, Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3). The parking file has all annotations, sheets and schedule. My problem is: I am doing the beam schedule, I can see all beams inside the link file, but I am not able to filter the schedule by floor. Does anyone know how can I solve this issue?

On the Schedule Properties dialog, bottom left corner - check box for Include elements in links.

Sorry, forgot the rest.  In your schedule include Reference Level & Reference Level Elevation.  You can't Filter by Reference Level but you can Filter by Reference Level Elevation.
