Bar length calculated is reduced. Why?

Hello:

I modeled a rebar chair. dimensions a,b,c,d,e are 200mm, 778mm,500mm,778mm,200mm. The reporting  bar length from revit is 2364.5mm. But if you manually add the dimensions, it should come to 2456mm.

The bar length calculated by revit is reduced.

Can any one please help me figure if out? Attached screen shot below

Revit takes into account each bending. A bent corner is shorter than a sharp corner

Is there any way to calculate and show the total bar length for the sharp corner rather than showing the round corner?

You can create a calculated parameter and add all the rebar lengths.
