AutoDesk Viewer - Not working with 2019 Structural model

Attempting to upload a 2019 Structural Revit model to the cloud hosted AutoDesk Viewer.  Was operating fine on R2018 model a few weeks ago.

The 3D view, it says the model is empty and all views showing the model are empty.  All the 3D object seem to be working for the live sections when reviewing the model from within Revit.  We’ve tried removing linked files, audit, purge and eTransmit and still having the same error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems to me that you select only sheets in your model and did not select the required 3d views or any other view that you required from collaborate - publish settings.. after select the required things you can save and close the set. and once again upload that to the viewer.

You can review your model from this link for testing.

Here is the view of your model after selecting some of the 3d view from your model
