Autodesk Revit Structure

From a discussion at another Autodesk Web site, it appears that it is difficult or impossible to model vaults and passageways within structural walls in Autodesk Revit Structure.  Can Autodesk personnel or other Revit experts please confirm?

If so, can this capability be added to future releases of the software?

With sincere appreciation to Autodesk, I just completed a phone conversation with their Revit Structure product manager.  The functionality I need is currently available in Revit Structure.

If anyone would like a summary of "how to do it", please let us know.  I will try to respond as soon as possible.
