Autodesk Model Viewer not showing properties of model browser

When I create a shared view from my Revit model and also the OOTB Revit Sample model, the model browser and properties are blank.

Is there a setting to enable this? Thanks in advance, Matt

I have seen this where the View is loaded and not the model so limitations are present. 

To access the model browser, you need to share the model, by uploading your local RVT file to Autodesk Viewer directly.

Go to:  https://viewer.autodesk.com/designviews

and Upload New File

Why does autodesk keep turning this option on and off when exporting models ?

Sometimes I have the browser to be able to select things to turn on and off and other times I don't ?

I want to say some of the models I have up are from 2023 and they have the browser and the ones from 2024 dont have that option any more.
