One of our esteem customer is looking for a schedule from material take -off , it would be available free Autodesk Model viewer in browser . This is not only this current requirement but also a future benefit for all project where any non-BIM/don't have Autodesk product to review BIM model in better way nowadays.

I'm unsure if you want them to view a schedule or create?  Being able to create without a license or subscription would be a bit of an overreach but if you created them in the Model this is accessible.

If you load the full Revit model you can review Schedules in the Autodesk Viewer.

Alternatively you can install Revit when the Trial has expired you could use the Revit Viewer (defaults to a viewer without a license)

Navisworks Freedom could be another option but extracting Material Schedules is a little beyond simple Viewing capabilities unfortunately.

Maybe it could be a post for the Ideas Communities Forum

You can create a Cut and Fill schedule in Revit with Topographical Elements and this can be presented in such a way and shared via the platforms above.
