AT columns command not working properly

So, i'am trying to ues AT columns command for foundations to add more than 1 foundation like RC and PC or pile cap
but when i use At columns with the first foundation it works but with the second it doesnt work any ideas how to solve this problem?

you can only use it once actually 

you can model the PC in many different ways such as "adding manually the PC using isolated foundation command or using Slab foundation command" you can also edit the family of the RC to include the PC so you can model them together using the at columns option
