arrow tip of annotations snap to object

Is there a way of having the tip of the arrow in annotations snap to an object such as a model line.

Unfortunately not.  Once Placed you can select the Blue end Node and move to a more approximate position.

Many thanks for your informed reply - yet another issue with a lack of precision within the Revit environment, I wonder how long this has been on the wish list by others

@phil.ellett This may be of interest to you (2016) but you can add to the Idea for support and hopefully inclusion in future releases.
