How can I arrange level view  ascending by level height

... if you want to do that you must probably need to rename your floors

.... they will follow the ABCDE... structure

... or yuo need to rename them with numbers following the 1234... structure

If you mean that the lowest level is on top in the browser than is it possible. Go to the View tab --> User Interface
