Any Idea how to Creat Construction Joint (C.J)

Any Idea how to Creat Construction Joint (C.J) for Concrete (Slabs & Walls ) but i want to see zigzag line in both Plans and Sections?

There are several ways of doing this.

Option One: You can do it by Detail lines or Model lines but you will need to drawn the in every view you wish to see them. Note you will only see them in the view you have drawn them in and if you change the position in one view you will need to change it in all the other views. 

Option Two: Break the floor/slab or wall into Parts along gridlines or sketch lines. You can even select a gap and profile. 

Option Three: Create individual slabs/floors or wall manually along were the construction joints need to be. As you can image this will take an age to do.  

Option Four: Look at seeing if there is a Dynamo script out there to assist or write one yourself to help with this.

Sorry it is not straight forward to do, but this is something of a manual task inside Revit at present.

Some options are , and have all ready been mentions, are: draw detail or model lines, break the beam/slab with a gap, or model an element into the beam/slab that will represent the construction joint, but is a very thin item. Basicly create the plywood/metal formwork (or create a reusable family) and give  slim thickness, give it a cool name and use the filter to adjust how it looks on plan and section.
