a model in place object that can cut a part of wall?

Hello guys, so I'm trying to make a model in place to be able to cut some part of a Wall, I will attach a certain photos from the works that has been done in google sketchup, could I recreate this kind of cutting in which a manhole cover (model in place) to cut part of a wall in revit? thank you and have a nice day people

create the void extrusion inside the in place family and use cut geometry?

Hey, thank you for your answer, I already tried that, but it seems like that a model in place cannot be cut with a wall with the cut geometry, I could probably model the wall as the same model in place as the manhole cover, but it would be great if I could avoid that

Create a void in the in-place family and use it to cut the wall before finish the family. If the hole cuts through then you can also create a cut opening instead of a void. Lastly, this can be a regular, wall host, work plane host, or face host, family.
