Unfortunately, the tie bars may have to be modeled separately. For example, Type B in your attachment could be a combination of rebar shapes T1 and S3. There are 3rd party rebar modeling tools that allow you to specify all the rebar in a cross section of a concrete beam/column, the automatically generate it.
