Zones with different DB and WB in System Analysis Report...

Hello,

I am having this issue where the outside DB and WB change for the different zones in my systems analysis report. I'm not sure why this would change. The zones are part of the same building in the same location, so the temperatures should be shown the same...

They have different peak times and days hence different weather conditions

Yes, but they shouldn't be different which is part of the issue. The zones are set to the same location, so they should have the same peak time/day, and the same DB/WBs. I just mentioned the DB/WB in my original post. I should have probably lead with the peak time/day.

If you have a zone which has south facing glazing it will have a different peak time from east or west facing zones, and the peak day may also be different due to the variation in solar azimuth, shading effects and therefore solar penetration into the building.

I'm guessing therefore that the report gives you a peak time and day for each individual zone so that you can size the terminals and plant (AHUs etc) for that zone, then presumably also gives you the overall coincident peak for the building as a whole to allow sizing of chillers?
