Workset not editable

I have a user who was working in an MEP model earlier in the day, closed out of the drawing and when opening later, was unable to change the workset to editable. Another user can go to the same model and works fine. I made sure to update the user who was having the issue to the same build as the one who could edit the model. Any ideas?

The "Editable" column in the worksets dialog should always be set to "No" when worksharing.  It's counterintuitive, butbasically "Editable" means "Editable only by the user listed in the column to the immediate left".  You want all users to be able to access the full array of worksets.

During model setup, that "Editable" column cannot be changed from "Yes" to "No" until after 1) worksets are enabled, and 2) the model is saved, closed, and re-opened as a local file.  I'm guessing this is what happened in your case.

The solution ended up being a video issue. The user has two monitors and a laptop, when the Revit window is on the laptop screen, it works. Or, if the Revit window is on one of the other monitors and the laptop screen is folded down it works.
