Wall Construction in gbXML export

New Revit user here and I'm hoping for some help with a problem I couldn't solve with google or ChatGPT. Under Analyze>Energy Settings>Advanced Options>Edit>Material Thermal Properties>Conceptual Types>Edit>Mass Exterior Wall there is a drop down list with some simple options to choose from. How do I add my own or modify one of the existing ones? I want to make one that uses ASHRAE 90.1-2013 Zone 4 Above-grade steel-framed wall standard. I know all of the construction details, I just don't know where in Revit to change these. I know I can change my wall in my load calculation software, but being able to change it in Revit would save me a step for every project. Thanks in advance for the help.

The built-in constructions are contained in an external file Constructions.xml. You need to edit that.

OR you can create a wall type, build up the layers to get the properties that you want and then tick the "Use Detailed Elements" box and use the wall construction placed in your model, but then you would also have to use the modelled elements for other constructions such as roofs, floors etc.
