Hi

Is there a way to show the Air Terminals families with wire frame while other elements in the drawing in Hidden Line??

No.

You can take several approaches that might result in what you need. One possibility, on the sheet overlay two views, one wireframe and one in hidden line. In each view hide certain categories. Second possibility create hidden line view. Make your terminal category transparent in your visibility/graphics overrides.

Modify your Air Terminal Family. Take any 3D Geometry, and make sure it's hidden in Floor/Ceiling Plans. Then, draw detail lines and constrain them to any relevant reference planes.
