Unable to select any option after sync done

I am not able to select any option after the sync is done I am using Revit 2019.2 with BIM360.

I am trying to select the option on the quick access toolbar but not working after sync. Not working to select any option even in ribbon bar.

but I can zoom in and zoom out the view I can control the view.

Please let me know the solution.

As far as I know, there is currently no solution. It's a bug with BIM360. This has happened to me multiple times in v2019 and v2020. It does tend to clear up if you wait a little while.
