Trouble Exporting Floor Plan to DWG

I'm exporting floor plans to DWG and all but one have worked successfully. This last floor plan though, will get to 38% and hang out there for 10-15 minutes before telling me that Revit is not responding and then asking if I want to close the program. I did read about a similar issue with a 2017 release of Revit and I tried the accepted solution there (mostly storage cleanup and maintenance), but that didn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Are all the floor plans your exporting in the same model? first question would be what is unique about that view (content, display setting, etc...)?

I usually make a separate view for exporting, cleaned out to only what I want to export, and then export those views.

Something to check with any revit views, make sure the Crop Region is a rectangle (I would edit, delete existing and redraw using the rectangle tool to verify).  I do not know if AutoDesk ever addressed that issue.  We tried once with some odd shapes to make it look better on a sheet, ended up with 150Mb-500Mb pdfs that took an hour to export.

You can also test differences between wire frame and any other Visual Style. Check to make sure any view range has a set limit and is not trying to look through an entire building where it renders parts that are never seen.

What version of Revit are you using?
