Tracking PANEL schedules across multiple models

Good morning Autodesk Users,

*Im reposting this question with slight edits*

We have a campus with multiple buildings. Each building has its own Revit model and we want to track the Electrical Load (panel Schedules) across all these models at once. Is this possible?

Make a Coordination Model and load the buildings into it. Then you should be able to make Schedules, using the "Include Elements in Links" option, and then filter them by building.

Two possibilities come to mind.

  1. Link each separate building model into an overall site plan model. Create schedules in that model and in the schedules check the "Include elements in links" option.
  2. Export the schedules and then amalgamate them outside of Revit in a spreadsheet app.
