Title block printing issue

I am having issues with printing this title block correctly. Where the sheet number/name goes they want to have a black background with white lettering. It displays just fine in the model and family editor but when i print the sheet it shows up as a solid black box. Does anyone know what could cause this issue? and how I could fix it? I have also attached the title block. It was created in Revit 2017.

Hi JRooker. I think the problem is in the settings of your printer. I have tried to print in my computer and it printed the tblock just fine. See attached image. How about try to save it as pdf and print again.

I found out that it is a setting in my template file. The black square is actually a image file. (.tif) When I print from my template files, the title block shows up incorrectly but when I start a new project and don't use a template then it prints just fine. Do you know what would cause the image file to print over my text?

In my pc its working just fine...How about you select the image file then change Draw Layer to Background...can you create Screencast so we can see? Thanks.

I just got it to work I found out that i had to change the following settings under the printer option for it to work.

Hidden Lines Using:

              RASTER PROCESSING

Raster Quality:

                HIGH

and

Colors:

                GRAYSCALE.
