THERMAL LOAD REVIT 2022

Hi everyone!

I have a project file in which I do not understand how to calculate thermal loads with Revit 2022. In the schedule we have calculated cooling and calculated heating values (with the fields selected for space schedule): While other values appear in the reports of thermal loads:

How di I get the same information?

thanks!!

It seems to me that you practically have the same information.

If you add up the "Calculated Cooling" values per space, you will have: (17376+3534+89+92+98+94+54+79)=21416

which is pretty close to 21585 (Grand Total) in the Cooling tab, which appears in the "Zone Load Summary" Report.

Hi.

We are only talking about the Sales space, we cannot add thermal load values from other spaces.

The first image analyzes the space information (the report indicates name "Sales" and number "02").

In the second image, only the same space of the first image is analyzed (name "Sales", in the schedule there is no number field).

The values for cooling for the Sales space are: 21585 W in the first image and 17376 W in the second image.

The difference is somewhat worrying.

You should not confuse "Spaces" with "Zones, just because they happen to have similar Names.

Ih the first image, the Cooling and Heating Report is for the Thermal Zone: "Sales 02"

In the second image we have the specific Space: "Sales" , which is included in the  Zone: "Sales 02", together with some other Spaces as well, as we can see in the Schedule.

Hi, again.

Sorry, but I think you have not read the information provided and the images well.

I really know the difference between thermal zone and a space that belongs to a zone.

The two images provide information on the space (Sales) that belongs to a zone.

I attach two other images, so you can see that "Sales 02" belongs to a thermal zone. I also add the space number to the schedule, so you can see that it is "Sales 02".

As you can see, with the two images initially provided, the calculated cooling load does not have the same value in the report as it does in the schedule.

I only ask why this can happen, if any of you have experienced the same or it is a mistake.

Thanks a lot.
