Usually occurs when hosted elements move to keep attachment to their host, pipes/ducts are adjusted accordingly but end up being too short and have to be disconnected/deleted. There could be other causes though.

If you expand the warnings it should identify the element IDs which are affected which might help you to determine which elements are causing the issue.

The same issues are coming while synchronizing the model also.

We are just trying to copy the pipes and equipment's to one level to another level using align to current view / align to selected level options.

If you are getting  those issues when synchronising that usually means that something in the architectural model has moved - walls, floors, levels, ceilings?

For the copy/paste aligned, its probably the same issue.

On the collaboration tab you can run a coordination review and select the linked file and it should tell you what has changed.

If you are using hosted elements as opposed to level based, you will have issues like this because the hosting elements are not the same in the view you are pasting to.

The paste aligned to level option is really designed to be used for copying from one floor to other IDENTICAL floors in the model in which case the hosting elements would be present on each floor.

Are your floors all identical?

However that doesn't explain why you are getting errors when syncing - it sounds like architectural elements in your model have been moved and you need to do a coordination review.

Without your model, it's hard to say but it's probably not going to be simple copy/paste workflow. Have you verified what the elements are and if they have not been automatically reconnected?
